Taking part in the lottery is a form of entertainment and a way to support a good cause. Play because you enjoy it, not to recover a loss.
Not a source of income
Never regard the lottery as a way to earn money or solve debts. A ticket is a donation with a chance of a prize — not an investment.
The odds are random
The draw uses a certified Random Number Generator. The outcome is pure chance: every ticket has an equal chance and past draws say nothing about the next.
Play within your budget
Never spend more than you can afford. Decide on an amount in advance and stick to it. Does playing feel like an obligation or a solution? Then stop and seek support.

Are you playing more than you want, or is someone close to you worried? You are not alone. Independent, confidential help is available free of charge.
